What does sealer actually do for my asphalt?
Sealcoating protects your asphalt from hazardous weather. Even a hot summer day can dry out the oils and tars of your asphalt leaving it dry and brittle causing cracks. Just a simple sealcoat will preserve your asphalt not only adding appeal but expanding it's lifespan.
What's the average lifespan of a driveway?
A properly installed and maintained driveway can last anywhere from 20-25 years.
How soon can I drive on my new driveway?
We recommend 48 hours before driving on a driveway however the duration does vary depend on the time of year, how much sunlight your driveway is exposed to, as well as other factors.
how thick do you lay the asphalt?
For standard driveways we put in 2" to 3" depending on what you need.
Is asphalt less expensive than concrete?
